Rainbow paper : intercultural dialogue : from practice to policy and back

Document presents the Platform for Intercultural Europe, a civil society initiative taken in the context of the European Year for Intercultural Dialogue 2008, sets out this Platform's approach to Intercultural Dialogue and delivers its recommendations both to its own constituency and to public authorities at all levels in Europe, using the European Union as the point of access. Rainbow Paper II contains recommendations to civil society organisations and to the European Union on how to practice respect for cultural diversity.
