The library collects publications on art and cultural policy and the social aspects of art and culture. The collection contains more than 90,000 titles on themes such as sustainability, inclusion, the cultural labour market and the income position of artists.

In addition to books and magazines, the collection also includes policy papers, (research) reports, dissertations, student theses, statistics, audience surveys, annual reports of cultural organizations and magazine articles.

You can perform a simple or an advanced search in the catalogue. It is possible to search using a word from the title, the author's surname or a keyword (subject). When using the expert search option you can also combine multiple search fields. The keywords are part of a thesaurus in the field of art, culture and policy.

The majority of the collection is digital available. Digital documents, if copyright-free, can be consulted online. Books and reports can also be borrowed. Consultation of the collection is possible by appointment. Make an appointment.
