Abstract
The Games Monitor looks into the trends and developments for applied and entertainment games in the Netherlands, such as number of companies, jobs, and game students. Dutch Game Garden, in collaboration with the Dutch Games Association, investigated how the Dutch game industry fared in 2020 during COVID-19. The results of the research are based on a survey among more than 100 Dutch game developers, desk research, and discussions with representatives from the industry.
