Cultural policies : 28-29 September, 1992

Collection of readings held at a conference organized by the Goethe Institut and the International cultural centre in Cracow, in september 1992. The conference aimed to assess the cultural policies in Germany and Poland after the fall of the communist system. Subjects discussed are cultural policies as a responsibility of state institutions, role and responsibility of cities in cultural policies, cultural relations between european countries, writers associations, institutions, and cultural exchange.
