Abstract
De kritiek richt zich met name op de hoofdstukken 2, 3, 4 en 8 van de SEO-studie (90-458), over algemene boeken, wetenschappelijke boeken, studieboeken en audio. De kritiek betreft de gevolgde onderzoeksmethode en onderliggende veronderstellingen bij de uitkomsten. Er is dus geen additioneel onderzoek gedaan.
