Models of financing development in cultural policy and the arts

Met samenv. In many countries existing public or private funds have not been able to meet growing demands in the cultural field. Problems of financing infrastructure and projects for cultural development have therefore been debated widly at international conferences, in reports and studies, without satisfactory solution. This pilot-survey gives a comparative description of some experiences and new models for the financing of cultural development.
