Samenvatting The purpose of the Work Package 4: “Combining the research and outputs of WP2 and WP3, stakeholdermapping and regional case studies to analyse the cultural heritage labour market at regional and national levels.Proposing improvements to fill gaps and improve cultural heritage virtuous learning circle, career developmentand quality certifications standards” The three central concepts in this report are the heritage ecosystem, labour market, and quality certification standards.
What is the CHARTER?: Cultural Heritage Actions to Refine Training, Education and Roles (CHARTER) seeks to create a lasting, comprehensive sectoral skills strategy to guarantee that Europe has the necessary culturalheritage skills to support sustainable societies and economies, including transversal competences such as digital/technological and green/blue economy skills. The consortium is composed of 47 partners representing education and training institutions, organisations, networks, and employers of the European cultural heritage sector. |
