Samenvatting
Report about the role that museums play in helping to create social inclusion, the social impact of museums and galleries, the principles on which the best social inclusion work is based, and, via case studies and cameos, highlights some examples of good practice. It also focuses on the activities that need to take place to create inclusive working, including: risk-taking; networking and building partnerships; being flexible; community consultation, involvement and empowerment; accountability; and advocacy.
