Samenvatting
Policy paper provides insights into major future transformation scenarios and their impact on the CCS and cultural policy. It identifies different elements of policy-making with potential to improve the quality of interventions and actions. The proposed collaborative eco-system includes governance, organisations and individuals. Implications of this new approach are highlighted using the example of interlinked water and cultural policies. Further examples of policies and practices will encourage actors of change to engage in collaborative policies of transformation.
