Samenvatting This report represents a detailed analysis of six Regional Cultural Heritage Ecosystem case studies. It aims to extract relevant insights and conclusions about the orchestration, governance and other systemically important stakeholders and elements that determine the sector-integrated dynamics in each Regional Cultural Heritage Ecosystem. The analysis reveals primarily fragmented dynamics in the six Regional Cultural Heritage Ecosystems considered. Despite the great willingness of regional stakeholders to collaborate and numerous good practices identified at the grassroots level, fragmentation persists, particularly in unbalanced or incomplete ecosystems.
What is the CHARTER?: Cultural Heritage Actions to Refine Training, Education and Roles (CHARTER) seeks to create a lasting, comprehensive sectoral skills strategy to guarantee that Europe has the necessary culturalheritage skills to support sustainable societies and economies, including transversal competences such as digital/technological and green/blue economy skills. The consortium is composed of 47 partners representing education and training institutions, organisations, networks, and employers of the European cultural heritage sector. |
