Samenvatting
This report was designed, in part, to answer the question: has there been any cultural change in the music sector since 2018? Participants were a self-selecting group who work or have worked within the UK music sector. The survey data suggests a change that is not positive: 66% of survey respondents reported that they have experienced discrimination at work, 70% of which occurred in the past five years. This is up from 47% of respondents who reported having experienced discrimination in our 2018 Dignity at work report. |
