Samenvatting
Analysis on theatre management in order to reflect and propose on models and strategies of intervention applicable to all types of cultural venues. Managing cultural organisations is presented as the synthesis of three complementary projects: the artistic proposal, the production project and the strategy for community territorial development. In the second part of the book, these three projects engage in dialogue with traditional management strategies: human resources, funding and costs, marketing and communication, material resources and services, as well as evaluation models.
