Samenvatting How do online copyright infringements affect sales of copyrighted content? How much are online copyright infringers willing to pay for copyrighted content? Survey about the legal framework in France, Spain, Germany, Poland, United Kingdom and Sweden about the sales development in music, audiovisual, books and games. The study’s conclusion: With the exception of recently released blockbusters, there is no evidence to support the idea that online copyright infringement displaces sales. Report was not published untill Julia Reda (member of the European Parlement) filed an access to documents request under the European Union’s Freedom of Information law on July 27, 2017. |
