Samenvatting
Jump In! is a work placement scheme with a difference, about difference, placing individual artists with a 'minority' background inside cultural organisations that want to become more diverse, more truly reflective of society. The scheme was dreamt up by the ECF and made real with the help of Kunstenaars&CO and Netwerk CS. It ran from April 2008 to January 2009, operating in the Dutch cultural sector.
