Samenvatting In Great-Britain an unoffical new cultural economy flowers, made up of fledgling creative businesses: individual entrepreneurs, freelance practitioners and minority communities. This sector appeares to operate at the fringes of the commercial creative industries, often exploiting the opportunities provided by new digital technologies to create systems of cultural production and distribution. The current research project aims to identify some of the strategic issues confronting small creative businesses. |
