Samenvatting
The European Cultural Foundation (ECF), the Goethe-Institut for EUNIC Amsterdam and the Dutch Service Centre for International Cultural Activities (SICA) jointly organised this conference with debates on the questions: Is there a need for a more coherent cultural component to the European Union's external relations? Would the EU member states agree to such a policy - one that would complement and support their foreign cultural activities, maintaining diversity in unity? And how could the EU, its member states and the independent sector develop further this shared, diverse cultural component? Conference report. |
