Samenvatting
The Berlin conference for European cultural policy 'A soul for Europe' November 26 and 27, 2004 was the start for an initiative to start a process with as goal to see Europe use its cultural assets more effectively and to a greater degree while applying culture as a strategic factor in Europe's development - at local, regional and national levels as well as at the level of central European institutions. The second conference held under the auspices of the "A Soul for Europe" initiative was held in the hall of the Dresdner Bank building in Berlin on 17 to 19 November 2006.
