Samenvatting This study has been carried out in order to investigate some of the underlying assumptions being made in the move from previously analog photographic services into the realm of digital capture and delivery. Cultural institutions which hold valuable and rare artefacts have been creating surrogate representations of these for centuries. The primary objective was to study institutions in the UK, but some other European public institutions were also investigated. |
