Samenvatting
The conference broadly welcomed the initiative by the Ministers of Culture of France, Germany, Poland and Hungary to provide further regular opportunities to confer and to intensify the discussions of the European Union's cultural content. The Berlin Process will allow for the development of a European Cultural Charter, a continuous review of common policies and resources for culture, the improvement of measures for cultural inclusion, intercultural competence and the role of culture in maintaining security. |
