Samenvatting
One of the key tasks of the Virtual Platform is to advise the Ministry of Education, Culture and Science on its policy concerning new media and culture. The emphasis of this document is on concrete proposals for policy. In order to clarify these recommendations a brief overview is provided of current policy in the field of new media, and cultural policy in particular, followed by an analysis of existing practice in the Netherlands, peppered with examples of recent activities from the key players. |
