Publication focuses on festival leaders that have been invited to share their personal understanding, know-how, ideas and findings during their festival work and it also asks questions such as what is the role of arts festivals in offering a platform to artists or what is the immense power that festivals have in terms of transferring artistic and cultural messages to the public.
