Samenvatting
Questions are: how can the concept of information be defined, so as to clearly reveal its ethical implications? How much control should the creator of information have over that information? How much control should an individual have about the information that pertains to him or her? Do individuals have the right to access any piece of information they need? Is there a duty to make certain information inaccessible when appropriate? Is there a duty to make all information accessible and findable? Is there a need for a mediator between an individual and the information they seek?
