Samenvatting
This special issue offers a general overview of the space of cultural policy in Ibero-America, presenting its most essential parameters to an international academic audience. Secondly, the issue seeks to contribute towards advancing the existing knowledge of Ibero-American cultural policies in a twofold sense: paying attention to its latest transformations and giving a more complete and structured view of its essence than the one currently available. Besides the cultural expressions within a regional universe, such as the Ibero-American one, is there also a space of specific cultural policies in it? To what extent do Ibero-American cultural policies differ and stand out from other cultural policies in a more general international context?Authors in this issue: Arturo Rodríguez Morató & Mariano Martín Zamorano, José Luís Garcia, João Teixeira Lopes, Teresa Duarte Martinho, José Soares Neves, Rui Telmo Gomes & Vera Borges; Rubens Bayardo & Elodie Bordat-Chauvin; Antonio Albino Canelas Rubim & Sophia Cardoso Rocha; Arturo Rodríguez Morató & Matías I. Zarlenga; George Yúdice; Mariano Martín Zamorano & Lluis Bonet and César Villanueva R.
