Samenvatting
Working paper aimed at mapping the cultural and creative sectors (CCIs) in China and Europe, as a first step in a process to help increase transactions in IP rights as a main tool for commercial exchanges in these sectors. It is undertaken in the framework of the ’EU-China Project on the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights’ (IPR2), as part of its work on supporting the development and enforcement of intellectual property rights of creative industries in China. |
