Samenvatting
In the United Kingdom there is an increasing emphasis on copyright law as a means of supporting artists. In the UK NESTA (National Endowment for the Sciences, Technology and the Arts) was introduced on copyright law as a response to market failure caused by risk in cultural markets, the artists' labour markets and the role of royalties in artists' earnings. The incentives to artists and the possible role of NESTA.
