Samenvatting
Exploration of the ways in which organizations transform themselves, with a particular focus on organizations in the arts and cultural sector. Following the presentation of a model describing the key parameters in the implementation of organizational change, the author uses this model to illustrate the specific conditions under which major transformations have been brought about by several Canadian cultural organizations. They are subject to both internal and external forces that exert pressure on them and drive them to undertake major transformations to ensure their survival. |
