Samenvatting
Recent research, confirmed by the experience of graduates and employers in the arts indicates that many arts graduates feel unprepared in some areas for the challenges of employement. This researchstudy should lead to recommendations for new ideas en models of professional practice in the arts, to enable an artist to work in the chosen field and in the changing world of work. Three disciplines were selected for the pilot study: dance, drama and visual arts. |
