Report of the conference generated by a grassroots concern amongst Black and Asian arts managers and administrators about the lack of equitable representation in top arts jobs. The conference was set up in order to explore attitudes to equal opportunities, management structures and recruitment in diverse sectors - from the international arena to local government - and to see what comparisons, contrasts, stimuli and lessons they had to offer.
