Readings of a conference at Griffithe University in Brisbane, Australia, in February 1997.The aims of the conference were twofold. First to provide information as to the nature of the international treaties, their genesis, development and politics. Secondly to stimulate discussion about future reform, not only in relation to postponed issues such as database protection and protection for audiovisual performance but also, more general and more critically, about the future of reform of intellectual property law in Australia. |
