Samenvatting
Reforms in public cultural administration have not just become necessary in the countries in transition in eastern Europe following the fall of the iron curtain: in many other western European countries too, restructuring must be discussed and introduced. Cultural administration, financing measures in the arts have to respond continuously to new developments. New training programmes are necessary for these reforms.
