Samenvatting
Bioscopen zijn op de vingers van één hand te tellen, professionele studio’s ontbreken en expertise is beperkt. De filminfrastructuur in het Caribisch deel van Nederland is weinig ontwikkeld. Het Filmfonds wil daar nu verandering in brengen met Studio Caribe.
