Technology, noisification and music education

Paper presented in Vienna on a seminar on the effects of new communication technologies on music life. The main goal is not that of transmitting a certain cultural heritage of technologic knowledge as music, neither promoting good music. Through the study of soundscape and the education to its listening it becomes possible to institute that dialectic relationship between musical tradition and daily musical experience.
